I believe it was created by a company called Vexed which was bought by puma somewhere around 2004 and then I havent heard news from it, but maybe it was created by puma, they had some street collection related with parkour and martial arts, there is a brand called Acronym, they produce also that kind of clothes. Its a mix between tactical gear and performance wear... sorry bro but I don't even remember where I had saved that picture.. good luck and greetings from Bulgaria
wait I found that its called Vexed Generation -- PUMA x Vexed Cycling Jacket but I doubt you can find that jacket anymore since it was in production by 2005
